Grind to paste Ginger Garlic, Green Chillies, cumin seeds, salt, and turmeric

Clean, wash the liver , chop into cubes or slice into think 2 inch strips.

Marinate in the above ground mixture (masala) for one hour
4 Step
Roast open on a pan (tava) with very little oil for about 15 minutes
5 Step
Remove from the gas, sprinkle chopped corriander leaves and sprinkle lime juice on top
6 Step
Serve with Naan/Rotis or Fresh bread
